My hand was killing me after using the standard grip for a while (I tend to grip way to hard), so I altered the grip and that made a big difference. My temporary so...Learning how to use mine as well. My temporary solution has been to leave the parts long and cut down to size after grooving is done. The first few times I seemed to have a bit of wiggle in the beginning and the end of the board.
